Tenant adminCustomer support, or Support agent system users can access details related to a specific card:

  1. Go to Cards.
  2. Search for the card.
  3. Click the specific card in the list to navigate to its overview.

Inactive and pending cards

The following details appear for inactive cards:

  • Contract ID: The card's Contract ID in eMI3 format.
  • RFID: The card's Radio Frequency Identification number.
  • Status: The card's status, which is either Inactive or Pending:
    • To activate an Inactive card, click Activate card.
    • To cancel activation of a pending card, click Cancel activation.
  • Change history: The system user who imported the card, the date and time of import, and any other activity that impacts the activation status of the card.

To remove the card, click Delete and confirm. 

Click Save to apply changes made to the Contract ID or RFID, or Cancel to revert.

Active RFID cards

Information for active cards is displayed across different tabs. Switch between the tabs to access specific information. 

Overview

This tab shows basic details about the card, including its Contract ID, Status, and the account to which it belongs. Click the Account name to navigate directly to an overview of the account.

Details

Displays the following information about the card:

  • Type: RFID or Credit card.
  • Reference: Customers can add a reference to quickly distinguish their card. You can edit the field if necessary. Click Save to apply the changes, or Cancel to revert.
  • Status: A dropdown showing the card's current status. You can use this dropdown to change the status of the card.
  • Change history: The system user who imported the card, the date and time of import, and any other activity that impacts the activation status of the card.

Billing plan

Displays the billing plan that applies to the card.

  • Click Edit to change the Purchase Order Number.
  • Click Subscription terms to navigate to the terms and conditions applicable to the billing plan.
  • Click Update billing plan to select a different subscription for the card. This is only allowed once every 24 hours.

Features

Displays the features applicable to a card.

  • Private charging is enabled by default.
  • Community charging is enabled by default if the card is active in an account that has this feature enabled.
  • Reimbursement is only available to employee sub-accounts. Click Reimbursement to enable or disable automatic reimbursement.

Transactions

An overview of all transactions that took place using the card. It contains the following information:

  • Ended on: The date and time when the transaction ended.
  • Duration: The duration of the transaction.
  • kWh: The amount of kWh consumed during the transaction.

Use From and To to filter the overview for a specific time period.

Expand each entry in the list to discover more about the transaction:

  • Start and ending times of the transaction
  • Charging type: private or public
  • Details about the charging station, such as address, Station ID, and operator.

You can download up to 12 months of transactions from a given date. Use From and To to select the dates, click Download, and select your preferred file type.

Roaming

Only applies to public cards used on a roaming partner's station.

This tab displays token data that was exchanged over the roaming connection during public charging transactions:

  • CPO: The Charge Point Operator of the station used.
  • Valid: Whether or not the card is a valid token. Can be True or False.
  • Issuer: The card provider or eMSP that issued the card.
  • Whitelist: The card's whitelist type, which defines the authentication type:
    • Always: The card is always accepted.
    • Allowed: The card is either always accepted or requires real-time authorization from the MSP.
    • Allowed_Offline: The card is only accepted if the CPO is unable to reach the MSP.
    • Never: The card requires real-time authorization from the MSP.
  • Language: The language code according to ISO 639-1.
  • Updated on: The time when the card was last synced with the roaming database.

To synchronize the data for a particular connection, click the synchronize icon.

To synchronize all roaming connections, scroll down and click Synchronize all.

Credit cards

Tenants who have an implementation of the EV Charge app can see credit cards that were added by customers using the app.

Two tabs are available in the detail pages for credit cards.

Details

  • RFID: The RFID generated by the system so that the credit card can be used to start a transaction.
  • Contract ID: Not applicable. This is because a credit card does not have a Contract ID; the generated RFID is used to start a transaction.
  • Type: Credit card to indicate the type of virtual token used.
  • Payment method ID: An ID assigned by the Payment Service Provider (PSP) of the credit card. This is for reference purposes; you can use it to trace the payment in the PSP's system.
  • Reference: Customers can add a reference to quickly distinguish their card. You can edit the field if necessary. Click Save to apply the changes, or Cancel to revert.
  • Status:  A dropdown showing the card's current status. You can use this dropdown to change the card's status.
  • Change history: The date and time when the card was added, and any other activity that impacts the activation status of the card.

Transactions

An overview of all transactions that took place using the credit card. It contains the following information:

  • Ended on: The date and time when the transaction ended.
  • Duration: The duration of the transaction.
  • kWh: The amount of kWh consumed during the transaction.

Use From and To to filter the overview for a specific time period.

Expand each entry in the list to discover more about the transaction:

  • Start and ending times of the transaction
  • Charging type: private or public
  • Details about the charging station, such as address, Station ID, and operator.

You can download transactions for a 12-month time frame. Use the calendar pickers to select a period no longer than 12 months, click Download, and select your preferred file type.
