You can solve a number of station issues through the assistance tab on a station. This tab offers the following widgets:
- Start transaction: remotely start a charging transaction on the station.
- Stop transaction: remotely stop an ongoing transaction at the station.
- Unlock connector: remotely unlock the station's connector.
- Reset station: perform a hard reset of the station.
- Maximum current: enter a maximum current that the station is able to output.
- Connectors: remotely reset the station's connector.
To access station a station's Assistance tab:
- Go to Stations → Management.
- Search and click the customer’s station.
- Open the Assistance tab.
