You can solve a number of station issues through the assistance tab on a station. This tab offers the following widgets:

  • Start transaction: remotely start a charging transaction on the station.
  • Stop transaction: remotely stop an ongoing transaction at the station.
  • Unlock connector: remotely unlock the station's connector.
  • Reset station: perform a hard reset of the station.
  • Maximum current: enter a maximum current that the station is able to output.
  • Connectors: remotely reset the station's connector.

To access station a station's Assistance tab:

  1. Go to Stations → Management.
  2. Search and click the customer’s station.
  3. Open the Assistance tab.
