Support links can be accessed by your customers through their user profile menu. You can set three types of support link:
- Support portal (optional): Link your customers to a support portal for help using the platform.
- Terms and conditions: Provide your customers with a link to your terms and conditions for using the platform.
Adding support links
- Go to Settings → Support links.
- Place (or replace) a URL in the chosen support link field.
- Click Save.
