Support links can be accessed by your customers through their user profile menu. You can set three types of support link:

  • Support portal (optional): Link your customers to a support portal for help using the platform.
  • Privacy policy: Inform your customers of your data collection policy.
  • Terms and conditions: Provide your customers with a link to your terms and conditions for using the platform.

You must provide links to a Privacy policy and Terms and conditions to enable customers to sign up and to be able to invite customers to the platform.

  1. Go to Settings → Support links.
  2. Place (or replace) a URL in the chosen support link field.
  3. Click Save.
