Cards are stored in your database and appear in the platform after import.

To access all cards, click Cards in the sidebar menu or the Cards widget on the Dashboard.

Sort or filter cards

To sort the overview:

  1. Go to Cards.
  2. Click any of the column headers to sort the list:
    • Contract ID
    • Status
    • RFID
    • Reference
    • Account name

To filter the overview by card type:

  1. Go to Cards.
  2. Select RFID or Credit card from the All types dropdown.

To filter the overview by status:

  1. Go to Cards.
  2. Select a status from the All statuses dropdown.

Search a card

To search for a card:

  1. Go to Cards.
  2. In the global search bar, search for a card using any of the following parameters:
    • Contract ID
    • Status
    • RFID
    • Reference
    • Account name.

Access a specific card

To access details about a specific card:

  1. Go to Cards.
  2. Search and select it in the overview.

If you already know the account in which the card is active, you can find it through the account's overview:

  1. Go to Accounts.
  2. Search and select it in the overview.
  3. Click a card in the Cards widget on the account's Overview tab to go to its details.
