A card can be blocked at any time. For example, because the customer has misplaced it.

To block an active card:

  1. Go to Cards in the sidebar menu.
  2. Search and select the card that needs to be blocked.
  3. Open the Details
  4. Select Blocked from the status dropdown.
  5. Confirm the action by clicking Block in the pop-up window.

The card should now be blocked and cannot be used.

To unblock a card:

  1. Go to Cards in the sidebar menu.
  2. Search and select the card that needs to be blocked.
  3. Open the Details tab.
  4. Select Active from the status dropdown.
  5. Confirm the action by clicking Unblock in the pop-up window.

The card should now be active again and can be used for charging transactions.
