A card can be blocked at any time. For example, because the customer has misplaced it.
To block an active card:
- Go to Cards in the sidebar menu.
- Search and select the card that needs to be blocked.
- Open the Details
- Select Blocked from the status dropdown.
- Confirm the action by clicking Block in the pop-up window.
The card should now be blocked and cannot be used.
To unblock a card:
- Go to Cards in the sidebar menu.
- Search and select the card that needs to be blocked.
- Open the Details tab.
- Select Active from the status dropdown.
- Confirm the action by clicking Unblock in the pop-up window.
The card should now be active again and can be used for charging transactions.
