When your customers set up their account, they are required to provide a billing contact. You can contact this person should any issues surrounding billing arise, such as overdue payments or invoice disputes.

To find an account's billing contact:

  1. Go to Accounts.
  2. Search and select the account from the list.
  3. Open the Billing information tab.
  4. Scroll down to Billing contact.

You should see a name, email address, and phone number with which you can contact the correct person.

Accounts that were created before it was possible to include a separate billing contact may not have a contact phone number. In this case, use the account owner's name and email address instead.
