Roaming refers to EV drivers charging their car on the go, using a card and station operated by different service providers.

Depending on the services you offer, customers might contact you:

• When a card you issued isn’t working at a roaming partner’s station.

• When a roaming partner’s card isn’t working at a station you operate.

You can refer to various parts of the platform to provide assistance:

• Use Cards:

  • To check whether your customer’s card is public

  • To help your customer set their card to public

  • To check whether your customer’s card is active

  • To ensure roaming data is synced

• Use Stations → Management:

  • To check whether the station is public

  • To help your customer set their station to public

  • To check whether the station requires troubleshooting

• Use the Map:

  • To help customers find other available stations in the area

  • To help customers know which CPO to contact for further support

• Use Roaming → Whitelisted cards:

  • To check whether a roaming partner’s card is present in the database

  • To check whether a roaming partner’s card is valid

  • To help customers know which eMSP to contact for further support
