New features

Onboarding for first time users of Business Portal
  • Affected users:
    • Tenant access: Tenant admin, customer support, support agent
    • Account access: Account owner, account admin, sub-account owner, sub-account admin
  • Description:
    Users can now select a view when accessing Business Portal for the first time, taking them directly to insights relevant to them. They can still switch views as needed.

Unlock connectors through Business Portal
  • Affected users:
    • Tenant access: Tenant admin, customer support, support agent
    • Account access: Account owner, account admin, sub-account owner, sub-account admin
  • Description:
    We've extended the station troubleshooting options possible though Business Portal by adding the possibility to unlock connectors.

Changes and improvements

Charging profiles available for drivers
  • Affected users:
    • Sub-account access: Drivers / employees
  • Description:
    Drivers can now create charging profiles and assign them to their stations. They can also assign predefined charging profiles created at tenant level to their stations.

Bug fixes

Tenant system users received "Unauthorized" error after logging in

An "Unauthorized" error appeared on the dashboard when tenant users with the following roles logged in to the platform: billing plan admin, branding specialist, roaming admin, technical support. These users could still use all features available to them in the platform. This issue is solved and the error message no longer appears.

Technical support users were unable to reset stations

Technical support users received a "Forbidden" error message when trying to reset a station. This issue is resolved.

No connector information for split-phase stations

When stations with a split-phase power type were activated, connector information for the station wasn't added to the database, nor did it appear in the user interface. This meant it wasn't possible to troubleshoot the station by sending remote commands. This was solved.

Known issues

It's not possible to import large amounts of stations in bulk
Bulk importing stations by uploading a CSV file currently fails for files containing large amounts of stations.

It's not possible to download PDF transaction reports for some stations

Users receive an error message when trying to download a PDF transaction report for some stations. If you experience this issue, download the report as a CSV file instead.

Slow loading times for the whitelisted cards page

It can sometimes take over a minute to load the whitelisted cards page in the roaming module.
