There's no need to worry if you've forgotten your password for logging in to the platform. You can request a password reset directly through the login screen.
- Navigate to your tenant URL.
- Click Forgot my password.
- Enter the Email address with which you log in to the platform.
- Click Reset password. You should receive an email containing a link with which you can reset your password.
- Click Reset your password in the email. You should be navigated to a different screen.
Enter a New password in the field.
Enter the new password in the Confirm new password field.
You can view the password you have entered by clicking on the eye icon in the fields.
- Click Reset password.
You should be navigated to the login screen, where you can log in using your new password.
