The Cards overview contains all cards present in the tenant. The overview is available to the following user roles:

  • Tenant admin
  • Customer support
  • Support agent

Overview contents

The overview displays basic information about each card. You can sort the overview using the column headers (except Account name).

Contract ID

The Contract ID given to the card. It acts as an extra identifier for RFID cards. If the column states "Not applicable", it means that the RFID isn't linked to a physical charge card. Instead, the system generated a virtual RFID token for the transaction, such as a credit card.

Status

The card's activation status. This can be:

  • Active: The card is activated in an account and ready for use.
  • Blocked: The card was blocked and can't be used.
  • Suspended: The card was suspended using Tokens API and can't be used.
  • Inactive: The card isn't activated in an account.
  • Deactivated: The card was deactivated and can no longer be used.
  • Pending: The activation process was started on behalf of the customer, but the customer still needs to accept the attached subscription terms.

RFID

The card's Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) that the station recognizes to authenticate a charging transaction. If the card doesn't have a Contract ID, the RFID is not a physical identifier, but was automatically generated for a virtual token.

Reference

Customers can enter a reference for their card to quickly distinguish it from other cards in their account.

Type

This refers to the type of token, which can either be a credit card or an RFID card.

Account name

The name of the account to which the card belongs.
