Inviting system users

  1. Go to Users → System users.
  2. Click the + to the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Click Add system user.
  4. Enter the user's email address.
  5. Assign the user one or more roles by clicking the checkboxes, depending on their tasks.
  6. Click Send invitation. A link will be sent to the email address you have entered with which the new system user can activate their account.

Inviting customers

Accounts

  1. Go to Users → Customers.
  2. Click the icon to the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Click Invite client.
  4. Enter your customer's email address and click the Account owner role checkbox.
  5. Click Send invitation.
  6. Your customer should receive an email with a link to activate their account.

Sub-accounts

Invite a sub-account through the Users overview:

  1. Go to Users → Customers.
  2. Click the + icon to the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Click Invite end-user.
  4. Enter the Email address of the user.
  5. Enter an Account name. This should be a name that's easy to remember, so it can be quickly referenced when necessary.
  6. Select either the Driver or Account Owner role for the sub-account.
  7. Select Business or Consumer for the account type.
  8. Assign the user to your customer's account by typing the account name in the field.
  9. If applicable, enter a reimbursement rate that the Account Owner and their customer have agreed upon.
  10. Click Send invitation.

Invite a sub-account through a specific account:

  1. Go to Accounts and search the account under which the sub-account should be added.
  2. Click + Add sub-account in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Employee or Subsidiary under Who will use this account? depending on what best suits the sub-account's needs.
  4. Enter an Account name.
  5. Enter the Email address of the sub-account user.
  6. Select Business or Consumer for the account type. Note that Business requires the sub-account user to provide company details.
  7. Enter a reimbursement Rate in EUR for private charging sessions:
    • To enable automated reimbursement if the account is an Employee sub-account.
    • To enable manual reimbursement if the account is a Subsidiary sub-account.
  8. Click Send invitation.

Resending an invitation

When you invite a user, they have 24 hours to activate their account through the activation link they receive by email. If they haven't activated their account within 24 hours, you can resend the activation link:

  1. Go to Users → System users or Users  Customers depending on the user you need to reinvite.
  2. Search for the user in the list.
  3. Click the user and click the Resend invitation button.
