Stations management is the easiest way to find a station and can be retrieved by clicking Stations → Management in the sidebar menu.

Management dashboard

The screen provides you with a dashboard containing widgets that give you immediate insights into all stations present in the tenant.

  • Total stations: Total number of stations present in the tenant.
  • Offline stations: Number of stations that have been activated in an account but are not online or connected to the tenant.
  • Recently added stations: Number of stations imported into the tenant in the last seven days.
  • Connector status: Number of station connectors activated in the tenant and their status.
  • Connector standard: An overview of the distribution of connector types in the tenant.

Click the Total stations, Offline stations, or Recently added stations widgets to open a side panel containing a list of all stations related to the selection. The list can be sorted by any of the column headers, and can be filtered by the station's activation status:

  • All: All stations.
  • Active: The station has been activated in an account.
  • Inactive: The station has been imported into the tenant, but has not yet been activated in an account.
  • Pending: The activation process has been started, but not yet completed.

Click × to the top right of the side panel to close it and return to the dashboard.

Searching for stations

Through the global search to the top right of the dashboard, you can find stations using any of the following parameters:

  • Station ID
  • Site name
  • Status
  • Account name
  • Reference
  • (Partial) Address
  • ICCID number
  • IMSI number
  • Firmware version
  • Station model

After entering your search parameter, a side panel is opened. The side panel contains an overview of all search results and can be filtered by the station's activation status.

Filtering by account

The overview can be filtered to show only stations belonging to a particular account. To do this, search and select the account using the Account name search field. In this case, the widgets show the following:

  • Total stations: Number of stations activated in the account.
  • Offline stations: Number of stations activated in the account that are not online or connected to the tenant.
  • Recently added stations: Number of stations activated in the account that were imported into the tenant in the last seven days.
  • Connector status: Number of station connectors activated in the account and their status.
  • Connector standard: An overview of the distribution of connector types in the account.

Similar to the unfiltered overview, you can click the Total stations, Offline stations, or Recently added stations widgets to retrieve a side panel overview of relevant stations within the account.

This overview can be searched based on the search parameters listed above, and filtered by the station’s status.

To remove the account filter, click the x icon on the filter next to the Status filter dropdown.
