To view specific transactions that took place on a card:

  1. Go to Cards.
  2. Open the Transactions tab.

The overview can be filtered to show only transactions that took place over a certain period of time using the From and To calendar pickers. It contains the following information:

  • Ended on: The date and time at which the transaction ended.
  • Duration: The length of time of the transaction.
  • kWh: The amount of kWh consumed during the transaction.

To discover more information about a particular transaction, click the entry in the list. It expands to provide additional details:

  • The date and time at which the transaction started.
  • The date and time at which the transaction ended.
  • The charging type, private or public.
  • The address of the charging station used.
  • The Station ID of the charging station used.
  • The tenant in which the charging transaction took place.

Download card transactions

You can download a report of all transactions that took place on a specific charge card over the period of a year.

  1. Go to Cards in the sidebar menu.
  2. Search and click the card in the overview.
  3. Open the Transactions tab.
  4. Select the period for which you want to download the transactions report using the To and From calendar pickers.

    The maximum time period for which you can download a transaction report is twelve months.

  5. Click Download
  6. Click PDF or CSV, depending on the file format you wish to download.

A file containing all transactions for the selected time period is downloaded.

You can email this to your customer if they wish. To quickly find their email address, open the card’s Overview tab and click the account name. Here, you should find contact details for the account.
