Your customer receives notifications from the platform by email. The following email notifications are sent:

  • Customers receive an activation link to set up their account if you have invited them to use the platform.
  • System users receive an activation link to set up their user profile if you have invited them to use the platform.
  • Customers receive an activation link to complete activation of their assets if you have assisted them in this process.
  • Customers receive notification of their subscription and transaction invoices if you have implemented our integrated invoicing system.

You can define the email address and sender that these notifications are sent from, so that your customers always recognize the email as coming from your platform.

Edit notification settings

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications.

  2. Enter an email address in the From email address field.

  3. Enter a name in the From name field.

  4. Click Save.
