Software guide Getting started Current: Adding support links Adding support links Support links can be accessed by your customers through their user profile menu. You can set three types of support link:Support portal (optional): Link your customers to a support portal for help using the platform.Privacy policy: Inform your customers of your data collection policy.Terms and conditions: Provide your customers with a link to your terms and conditions for using the platform. You must provide links to a Privacy policy and Terms and conditions to enable customers to sign up and to be able to invite customers to the platform. Adding support linksGo to Settings → Support links.Place (or replace) a URL in the chosen support link field.Click Save.
